Prevention Measures
To protect our users, we have implemented the following measures:
- Content Moderation: All content posted on AIMA - Social App is reviewed by our admin team before it is published. Any content that violates our guidelines is immediately removed.
- No Harmful Content: Our app does not allow any content that could be harmful to minors. We ensure that all content is informational and appropriate for all ages.
- User Reporting: Users can report suspicious or inappropriate content through the Help Centre or Give Feedback option in the app menu.
Reporting Suspicious Content
If you encounter any content or behavior that seems suspicious or harmful, please report it immediately. Here’s how:
- Go to the Menu in the app.
- Select Help Centre or Give Feedback.
- Submit your report with details of the issue.
Our admin team will review the report and take appropriate action.
Our Response to Reports
When a report is received, we take the following steps:
- Investigate the reported user’s profile and content.
- If a violation is found, we take immediate action, which may include:
- Issuing a warning to the user.
- Blocking or terminating the user’s account.
- Removing the violating content.
